While Armand is at the heart of the business, his wife, Marianna Morin, who Armand often calls “the real boss” from the stage (particularly when she happens to be in the room), is without a doubt the soul behind it. Marianna makes sure that everything, when it comes to sales and finances, is running smoothly, particularly for our members. She’s also the person who puts together some of the fabulous training seminars our students attend.

George Callens

Chief Operations Officer

George Callens is the arms and legs behind the WAVE™ training system. With the help of his military background, I guess you can say he’s the person who makes sure everything falls into place — or in line. From keeping us on our toes, to making sure students get the maximum possible value from their investment, George is the glue that keeps it all together.

Chris Howard

Executive Assistant

The title “executive assistant” does not do Chris Howard any justice, because she understands what it takes to make a business successful. As the go-between and the go-getter, we can count on her whenever we’re stuck. Chris also runs a successful business with her husband Jim, so she knows what it takes to keep everyone happy, especially our members.

Michel Fortin is the person who designs, writes, and maintains the content on this website for our WAVE™ members. Together with his wife Sylvie, they own several successful online businesses. And as a renowned copywriter, Michel is also the one who writes much of the promotional and marketing materials for this website.

When it comes to training packages at seminars and workshops, there’s a person working behind the scenes who makes sure everything is packaged perfectly for our members who join us. That’s where Robin Thompson comes in. Robin takes much of the content our fearless leader develops and puts them together in a way that optimizes your learning.

Avery Morin

Dad’s Little Motivator

Last but certainly never the least, Daddy’s little motivator, the one who makes sure Armand stays on his toes, says all the right things, and does a good job teaching us all, is the lovely Avery Morin. She also loves the spotlight. So don’t be surprised if from time to time she grabs Dad’s microphone while on stage. Quite literally, she has a tendency to steal the show.
